Anyone here know what this is?

I found this in my garden this morning and I have no idea what it is. Its about one meter in length and flexible like a fishing rod.

It looks like some sort of aerial lead or something. I have no idea how it ended up in my garden.

It's not AV related that's for sure.....

Looks like a drain rod or pole for chimney brush.

Part of a cable access tool that can be screwed together to extend the length? Used for pulling or pushing cables through a restricted space.I have one but it is the shorter version than that (each rod is 300mm) but you can get ones that are 1m in length. Thread on both ends? Looks like the same thread as on mine.

Yeah, it's part of a cable rodding kit. The red one(s) provide length. The yellow one is normally the tip rod, so it is first in the hole. My kit has various ends that fix on the tip : bullet, hook, loop, and a flexi-end.

Yes, it's part of a cable 'rodding' kit - mine are 1m long, but are blue.

Usually made of fibreglass, so quite flexible.

Thanks everyone, I was a bit worried something may have fallen off my roof with the strong wind we had a few weeks back.
