    Pity they just can't say to her "Look Cristina, next time you need a bit of free medical treatment just pop onto a coach back to the Eastern European Paradise you came from and they will take care of you".

    The parents of the wee boy spoke very honestly there about the challenges of raising him. They clearly love him deeply despite his difficulties. The needle woman has calmed down a bit now too.
