I was sitting out in it earlier but there's no breeze today. I much prefer when the wind is blowing through my hair.

    Might sit out later..

I'm currently covered in SPF50 and hiding in the shade of a tree in the park. We had a picnic and now the kids are playing while I relax.

Sunlight does me no favours as I have lupus and it can be made much worse by too much UV.

Why? Because I've just mowed both lawns and have come inside for some lunch and to put a couple of bottles of wine in the fridge before a walk in the park later this afternoon. :)

I can't stay under the sun for too long because skin will turn red and itch easily.

I've been out for a while today - sat under the umbrella though.

Back in now as it's just too hot for me.

Me I'm ill :( I'm running a fever, can't cough without my chest feeling like it has been laced with acid, my head is all spinney and I can't seem to walk anywhere without holding onto a wall and I am so cold I feel like wrapping a quilt around me.

I'm trying my damndest to put a brave face on it and live with it seeing as I live alone, theres a pile of washing up needs to be done but i cannot face it yet.

Because I've been out already and had enough sunshine. Two peaceful hours of it. :)

With the longer daylight hours, I find an evening stroll much pleasanter :)

That's nice - bbqs in the early evening are the way to go - I've just come back from one but wish could have stayed on longer
