Was this sketch from The Day Today or Brass Eye?

It was a spoof report about a controlled experiment into effects of classroom overcrowding, resulting in the children forming a new religious cult and chanting as they sacrificed a victim. It was a lot funnier than it sounds. Does anyone remember it?
