Hi,
I have a Humax hdr 1000s freesat box wired up to tv with hdmi. I also have a triax tri-link modulator with a cable running to a tv in our bedroom with magic eye. Everything spot on. My wife now wants a tv in kitchen. Does anyone know which kind of splitter i will need to split cable to bedroom to make it possible to view tv in kitchen also with magic eye? Would it be either of these 2 or something else?

You could just use the RF1 output on the tri-link but that won't give you the ability too use a magic eye.
Any "Sky Magic Eye" compatible splitter will do the trick.
I personally use an SLX branded 2 way amplified splitter that used to be powered by my Sky box (I think I bought it at Maplins).
When I got rid of Sky and went to Freesat I simply connected it to the RF 2 output of my Tri-Link and it just worked.
Cheers.
For "Sky RF2" read "Tri-Link output".
Thanks for the help. Went with the Triax splitter/amplifier and everything works perfectly.
