It has to be Vanilla's 'No way, No way'. Without a shadow of a doubt.

The Wanted-Walks like Rihanna the title says it all.
Kids at my nephew's school sing 'She can't sing, she can't dance, but who cares ... she walks like me Nana'. Make a brilliant version of a song for a 2012 X-Factor finalist.

Blurred Lines - I must be the exception but I LOVE this song - loved it from the first time I heard it and still do (and as a 50 something - I really shouldn't like it).

Eminems new one 'Berserk' is shockingly crap.
I've never appreciated his material, but I have heard it three times & it's just a noisy, badly produced, mess.

That is a song that definitely should be on any worst song list :D Who thought it was a good idea to even record it?

Get in your tardis and transport back in time to 6.55pm on Sunday, 12th June, 1988 when this atrocity officially scaled the heights of the UK charts to make No1 for a week. A morphing of early 70's Sweet and Gary Glitter along with a sci-fi theme TV theme tune....

The Timelords - Doctorin' The Tardis :(

i think it was meant to be bad though or at the very least its was meant to appeal to a lot of people without being a credible in any way.:D

Country band leader Zac Brown recently gave his two cents on this question and his answer is the newest song on the radio from fellow country singer Luke Bryan named "This Is My Kind Of Night".

God bless you and him and Zac always!!! :):):)

    Holly

P.S. The sad thing is that Zac's right to speak his mind has yet to be shown any respect which to me is over the line wrong because if you want respect for your own opinion, shooting down someone else's thoughts is not the way to get any.

That whole song was meant as a joke anyway. I'm surprising
the BBC played this, given they were trying to starve
"Doctor Who" of all publicity in the late 80s....*

    * So they could cancel it on the sly, natch. :(

Monsters Of Rock - Judas Priest.

How a band with so many classic tunes could come up with this. Fortunately it's the last track on the album, so I can finish it early.

It would probably fit perfectly on this album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6h5s7SQPL4 :D

    I like the Wanted!

The worst one was "All Time Low", but that was overplayed!

Does anyone remember "The Sparrow Song" by The Ramblers which was in the charts around the late 1970s/early 1980s? Yet another monstrosity from a school choir.

Also, along similar lines, "It's 'Orrible Being In Love when You're Eight and a Half" by Claire & Friends which was equally annoying/irritating.

Well if we're talking literally, that crazy frog song.

But songs that are considered ok by most but diabolical by me? Jessie J - Price Tag and Jame Arthur - Impossible.

James Arthur couldn't sing. He wrecked the original version. End of.

I prefer the original one (by Shontelle) instead of JA's abominality.

And that crazy frog song was ridiculous - why was it even released?

Tinie Tempah - trampoline - it's just horrendous.

I think I'll give that one a miss but would I be right to imagine that Tinie exclaims "Yeahhhh!" at some point in the song? :p Someone should tell him he's not cool when he does that!

I will never know the answer to that question. It seems strange to release a tinny mobile phone ringtone (pre-iPhone era) as a single.
