Itemised billing with EE

Does anyone here get itemised billing with their online account ? I ask because I have spoken to EE about 3 times on the subject and the last person I spoke to assured me that my next bill which was on the 26th November would be fully itemised, but surprise surprise it wasn't. I originally understood that the only way you could get it itemised was to order a printed (and paid for) version which seems a ridiculously non-green state of affairs.
