Problem pairing an Apple Watch

I'm trying to pair an Apple Watch with an iPhone via Bluetooth, the reason being that the camera is not working on the phone so I have to click on the manual pairing option. It tells me to click on the "i" icon on the watch, but I can't see any "i" icon. Has anyone else done this ? Incidentally, it has been previously paired with another phone but I have done a general/reset.

Thanks. I don't see that screen, I just get the watch face. Just realised though my problem is more fundamental as I cannot pair using the camera either (tried it on another phone). I obviously haven't done the reset properly.
