    To my recent / LOWEST SO FAR = > :) [ ***1* - 7lb ] :) !!!!!!

    Got a 6 Monthly Dentist Appointment >>>>>>>> at 2pm

    Between Now and Then ...... I Will gather up and take as many items as I can :-
    To the **** Cat's Protection Charity Shop **** which is nearby and over the road from the Dentist

    May go to a few Bike Shops to look at ****sprung railed seats****

    LATER = May go to Dobbie's for a 2 Free pots of Tea :p and buy a snack

    Will Try ;-) NOT to have ANY Bread Today
    from the NEW & Varied Supply in the Freezer

    Not eaten yet >>>>>>>>> but will probably AIM to have :-

    3 BIG Iceberg Lettuce & Mixed Salad & s/c **** Mock Wraps **** :-

    ONE EACH WITH :-
    Ham
    Chicken
    & Philly Cheese

    2 WW's Yoghurts
    with some Dry Cornflakes

    A bowl of Milky Cornflakes with :-
    A **Handgrab** of Morrison's * Fruit n Nut Mix *


    Some Fruit :-
    Red seedless Grapes
    2 Peaches

    Drinking :-
    Assorted Assam & some Fruity Herbal Teas

    Today - Humid Monday - I went =off= course right from the start

    Before I went to the Dentist I had :-

    2 frozen Tiger buns warmed in the microwave
    filled with mixed salad Lettuce tomato cucumber & s/c

    On return home had :-
    2 bowls of WW's yoghurt each with a cut up juicy Peach
    with a mug full of dry cornflakes

    AND just now I have just eaten :-
    2 Large Iceberg Lettuce **** Mock - Wraps ****
    both filled with lots of Carved Ham
    sliced tomato cucumber - s/c and - some chilli sauce

    [ Went to 2 bicycle shops
    Bought set of shelves [ £2] .... & Small Unit of 4 drawers [£5] at The Cat Charity Shop & tonight I ordered New " Selle Royal Drifter " sprung rail seat .... from Amazon ]

    22nd July 2014 - Gloriously warm sunny Tuesday -
    :):) DOWN ANOTHER POUND :):) [ ***1* - 6 lbs - 6oz ] My Lowest yet again :) - in recent times

    Intending to Eat and Drink ** Almost the SAME as Yesterday ** :p


    I will have be having some of The COLD Steamed Chicken
    >>>>>>>>> which I did NOT eat yesterday


    Firstly :-
    2 frozen Tiger bread buns / each warmed in the microwave for 50 seconds
    Filled with :-
    Lots of mixed salad Lettuce tomato cucumber + s/c
    [ probably WITH lots of Steamed Chicken - today ]

    Later this Afternoon :-
    2 bowls of WW's chilled and ceammmmy fruity Yoghurts
    Each with a WHOLE juicy Peach / cut up
    with a mug FULL of dry Crispy Cornflakes <<<< :)
    [ I am so glad I created this ^^:p^^ yummy combo ]

    Sometime in the Evening :-
    2 VERY Large Iceberg Lettuce **** Mock - Wraps ****
    BOTH Filled with :-
    LOTS of Carved Ham
    & sliced tomato - cucumber - s/c and - some chilli sauce

    Drinking ;-
    A few Assam white teas
    & some Assorted Fruity Herbal type Teas


    Hopefully I will be down Another POUND Tomorrow
    by eating this ** Menu Combo ** again today

    Today 22nd July 2014 - Mega Sunny Wednesday -

    Big wedge of Lettuce - 3 " of cucumber - half a tomato and white onion
    with 2 slices of TOASTED & buttered **Genius Gluten - free / multi seeded bread **
    with some salad cream and sweet chilli sauce

    followed by
    Another 2 slices of Genius / toast
    topped with a dollop of / Combined raspberry jam with honey [ BOTH mixed in a jar ]

    A big bowl of 30 defrosted **Sprouts**
    with an equal quantity of defrosted **Carrot swede potato mash**
    with half a sliced up tomato and half a white onion
    topped with a spoon full of **Aunt Bessie's onion gravy GRANULES**
    When boiled water added and mixed
    I then put in a heaped teaspoon of * creamed horseradish sauce *
    and a big squeeze of ** sweet chilli sauce combined with some sticky plum sauce **
    then poured this mixed ****Gravy combo **** ALL OVER the pre-Heated VEG Mix
    Heated the whole meal >>>>>>>>> in the microwave for 1 more minute
    MAINLY to Thicken and ....... add heat to the gravy mixture

    A strawberry WW's Yoghurt in a bowl
    with 1 crumbled up pillow of * Shredded Wheat *
    with a *handgrab* of Morrison's ** Fruit n Nut Mix **
    all mixed in together then ............ enjoyed

    A Toasted white pitta bread filled with :-
    A big wedge of shredded iceberg lettuce & 4" of Cucumber coins
    A sizzled fried egg and lots of Carved ham
    ALL drizzled with lots of salad cream
    sweet chilli sauce mixed in a squeezy bottle with some sticky plum sauce

    2 chubby iceberg Lettuce *Mock Wraps*
    filled with :-
    several slices of carved ham with lots of cucumber slices
    a spoonful of philly cream cheese
    salad cream and sweet chilly n sticky plum sauce mix

    [ ***1* - 8 lb - 0 oz ] 2 deliveries Eggs etc but still no bike saddle yet

    At 3-55pm

    Had the last in the bag of 36 Frozen Brussel Sprouts
    and 14 of the Frozen croquettes of "Swede Carrot and Potato Mash"
    with some Aunt Bessie's Onion gravy with
    1 level tsp of Horseradish sauce
    and same quantity of My Combined sweet chilli & sticky plum sauce


    About 6pm
    A WW's fruity creamy yoghurt with
    A pillow of Shredded wheat crumpled up
    with a big *handgrab* of Fruit & Nut Mix

    6-15pm till 10pm =Had Long chat with Sis till BB started

    11pm
    A LARGE Mixed Salad = Big wedge of Iceberg lettuce a tomato and 5" cucumber
    with lots of cut up carved ham [ finished off the last quarter of the deep tub ]
    All swirled with salad cream and the mix of sweet chilly n plum sauce

    25th July 2014 ~ Mega Sweltering HUMID Friday ~
    DOWN ANOTHER POUND [ ***1*- 7lb ] :)
    Super special kissy neck snuggles with my ((( Leo :kitty: ))) before we got up
    YAY ..........Received **Selle Royal Drifter plus Comfortable** bicycle saddle :p
    and long Allen Keys

    this afternoon I Went to Halford's ~~ as pump did not work causing all air to escape
    ~ then onto to Dobbies ~

    10-30am ' ish

    A BIG bowl of *Various & Colourful Frozen Veg*
    14 croquettes of Morrison's *potato carrot swede mash* [ the last in the bag ]
    a cup of *mixed capsicum*
    a cup of *Broccolli florets*
    a cup of *sweet corn kernels*

    All microwaved for 7 mins

    And then added and MIXED :-
    1 heaped Tsp Aunt Bessie's onion gravy granules & a quarter cup of boiling water
    then added 1 level Tsp each of :-
    Sweet chilli & sticky plum sauce and Horseradish sauce
    and several good grinds of black peppercorns ~
    & then poured over cooked veg and all microwaved for another minute

    2pm
    Invited into friends for a natter and a cuppa
    Then exchanged The Pump at Halfords and they filled rear tyre with air

    5pm
    Had A **Dobbie's garden centre** Baker's creation :-
    Chocolate based - toasted oaty fruity whole cherry sultana baked / A rocky road ?

    This is one of my usual ***cakey-bakey*** treats that I choose most times that I go in there
    = it is so crunchy and very yumby :p

    10-35pm
    A big mixed salad with a signature crushed chilli pepper steak burger & s/c & salsa dip
    & sweet chilli N sticky plum sauce

    ALSO had a Toasted Sandwich [ including the crust ]
    = *Genius* = gluten free Seeded bread
    filled with lots of philly tomato & lots of white onion salad leaves
    with s/c etc

    It is definitely what I had

    I even counted those 36 wittle frozen sprouts ..... to be accurate

    [ I Need to buy more of the Frozen Brussel sprouts
    and some more Frozen **Swede carrot potato mash **
    and another canister of Aunt Bessie's Onion Gravy Granules
    .... when I go to Morrison's later today ]

    .......:p...... Sprouts ......:p.....are not just for Christmas :)

    weetabix, warmed up with soya milk

    early morning snack(s) lol..couple of fruit pastilles and little bits of choccy ( with coffee)

    dinner, home made lasagne( just on it's own today :))--pudding, small potted raspberry sponge with bit of custard ontop

    tea---not cooking tea, but just ate half pineapple bitty jelly with half pineapple yogert poured over

    got a coffee now ( drinks through the evening, squashes, water and coffee , not alcohol drinks lol)

    26th July 2014 - A very sunny Saturday = SAME WEIGHT [ ***1*- 7lbs ]
    Over on the field with doggies :kitty::kitty: at about 8-30am before it got too hot

    Chat on phone with Sis from 12-54pm till 6.55pm

    During those 6 hours - I Ate :-
    One M&S orange lemon boiled sweet during the chat as got a tickly cough :o

    7pm
    First food of the day was :-

    Half an iceberg Lettuce - a tomato - half a white onion
    half a bunch of celery - a carrot cut into coins
    with lots of salad cream and chilli & plum sauce
    Topped with a Hot **Tyne Ready meal ** chilli con carne and rice


    10 mins later had :-
    another half of the lettuce - cut up with another tomato
    & a small 145g can of garden peas tipped out on top - cold -
    then swirled all of this with s/c & the chilli n plum sauce

    10 minutes later had :-
    A WW's yoghurt with a pillow of shredded wheat
    with a *handgrab* of Morrison's Fruit n Nut Mix

    Drank :-
    Just regular sized mugs of Assorted fruity herbal teas

    malted wheaties [aldi's version of shreddies!!] with soya milk, agave nectar, natural yogurt and dried apricots

    pre gym/workout snack; soya milkshake [soya milk with nesquik strawberry shake powder]

    post workout snack; high protein bar,

    lunch; 2 medium wholemeal rolls, one with wafer thin ham and 2tsp coleslaw, the other with home made egg mayo, small handful roasted seeds, natural yogurt. and nectarine

    dinner; oven baked fish and oven chips
    prob a soya chocolate dessert or small bowl of vanilla icecream

    Dinner 6.30pm - Spicy three bean enchiladas, asparagus and a grilled tomato.

    Its been a stressful day and food has been the last thing on my mind.

    not sure what to have for supper.
    might phone for a pizza.

    Out to Morrison's to get A Week ONE = Payback voucher
    Got Chatting to girl who is a "Herbal Life" - fitness trainer
    She also Arranges local [group ] bike rides
    and free weight loss advice / she had pics of her amazing weight loss

    Got lots of bargains at Morrison's :p
    5 x M's own brand lite salad cream - £1 salmon - £1 Brussel Sprouts-
    Potato swede carrot MASH got 4 packs As >>>>>>>>>>> Reduced to 75p <<<< :)

    Then to >>>>>>>>>> Halfords to get a >>>>>>> Refund :) on a £12 - Gel seat cover

    2-50pm home
    Unpacked most of shopping

    3pm
    Friend brought over Some Scrumptious Homemade HOT POT :p

    Later will have :-

    A Bisto's sossie mash'n gravy = Ready meal
    with variety of frozen veg and probably some lettuce & a tomato & s/c

    Tonight will have :-
    A WW'S Fruity bottomed Yoghurt
    with a pillow of crumpled up Shredded wheat
    with a *big handgrab* of * Morrison's Fruit &Nut Mix *

    If still hungry will have :-
    A pre made Morrison's Spicy Stir Fry

    Drinking :-

    - Two glasses of summer fruits squash

    Planning on:
    - Spicy chilli pasta with chicken and mushrooms
    - Bottle of wine
    - Some water to drink

    Super lovey kissy licky & loud (((( purring snuggles with Leo )))) before we got up

    Took Doggies :kitty::):kitty: onto the field ~ 10am 'ish ~ not out too long as the sun was really hot

    @ 2pm - Just eaten :-

    Most of A Chicken Hot Pot - Ready Meal
    with 3/4 of a pack of RAW "Spicy Stir Fry"
    [ Morrison's own brand with lots of mixed veg raddishes runner beans etc etc ]
    With a heaped spoonful each of
    Salsa dip and Mexicana Dip & lots of S/cream

    Then straight afterwards AT 2-15pm had a Sandwich :-
    2 slices of Thick White bread
    : filled with :
    A warm mashed boiled egg
    half a tomato and 20 cucumber coins
    s/c & s&p

    Later will have the remainder of the *spicy stir fry* - raw - with - :-
    The remainder of the mainly potato & gravy hot pot
    with more
    tomato cucumber - A gem lettuce and some spicy salsa dips and s/c

    A slice of buttered Olivio toast soldiers
    with Another boiled egg
    with more tomato cucumber & a whole ruby gem lettuce
    topped with >>>>>>>>> more salsa - mexicana dip & s/c

    Tonight will have :-
    A fruity Bottomed WW's Yoghurt
    mixed up with
    A big *handgrab* of Fruit n Nut Mix
    and a big cup of Cornflakes and 3 small fresh apricots

    Today I've had:

    Breakfast - Cornflakes and milk with a few raisins, 1 piece of toast with Flora and raspberry jam, a cup of tea, and some Diet Coke
    Lunch - Lamb stew with half a bread roll and half a boiled potato, carrots and broad beans. Slice of cake (it is my dad's birthday :)) and a cup of tea
    Dinner - Chicken and mayo sanwich with a side salad of cucumber, mixed beans and carrots. Mixed berry trifle with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. 3 cups of water
    Night snack - 300ml cold milk. White chocolate KitKat Chunky and 3 chocolate coins (leftover from Christmas...)

    yesterday i had;

    breakfast; wholegrain hoop cereal from aldi with soya milk and granulated 'splenda' style sweetener and banana
    glass of soya milk sweetened with agave syrup

    lunch; green veg juice made with spinach, kale, celery and cucumber in my juicer
    couple spoonfuls of lentil/red pepper salad with fat free viniagrette
    two slices of wholemeal hovis thick sliced bread with sunflower spread and smooth peanut butter

    dinner; sweet potato microwaved in jacket with baked beans [half a can] and two extra light laughing cow cheese triangles
    alpro soya 'devilishly dark' chocolate dessert; i can wholly recommend these!! v chocolately!!! :D


    snacks; 10 roasted pistachios
    2 squares 90% lindt excellence cocoa dark chocolate
    apple
    roobois tea with semi skimmed milk

    A Conference pear
    Most of a bunch of sweet seedless delicious :p Red Grapes

    A total of 3 Boiled eggs - all made into 3 buttered and Toasted Sandwiches
    with lots of salad !!!!!!!and s/c
    Some - chilly plump - sauce :o:p:o and some - salsa & mexicana - dip sauces

    AND 2 slices of wholemeal Olivio buttered hot Toast
    WITH A raspberry jam and honey mix



    29th July 2014 - A Mixed day - Sunny but A Cooler Monday - May get rain ??
    Luckily I am ALMOST the SAME WEIGHT [ Only UP 8oz ] [ ***1* - 06lb - >>8 oz<< ]

    Followed by :-
    Another 2 slices of hot buttered Toast
    Topped with a pre-mix of >>>>>>> Raspberry Jam & Honey

    Later will have :-
    An ** Admiral's Fish Pie ** Topped with Mash
    with a full deep pack of Spicy Stir Fry [ will be eaten RAW ]
    with
    A tomato & some cucumber
    Sweet chilli sticky plum sauce Combo ............ as well as S/c

    Tonight will have :-
    A fruity bottomed WW's Yoghurt
    with a crushed up , pillow of Shredded Wheat
    and a big *handgrab* of Fruit & Nut Mix

    Received A Silver Hooped with Black fabric = front basket - for my bike

    Did the laundry :)
    Created a great NEW washing line system :p with :-
    2 Pulleys - 2 LONG and strong bits of Wood
    2 hooks >>>>>>>>>>>>> and >>>>>>>>>>> replaced the washing lines
    and I am UP ONE Pound >:( [ ***1* - 7 lb ]
