Xbox Design Lab
The Xbox Design Lab announced last night, at MS's E3 event, is just redirecting to the Xbox home page?!
On Google, the link shows as follows:

However, actually copy and pasting that link into Firefox, just goes to this:
http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/?ocid=controllersLocale

...seems like this is currently only available in the U.S.

Xbox Design Lab is open for orders now in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, and will be available in "other markets" in 2017. Customised pads cost $80 with an additional $10 for an engraving. If you're in an available market and order now, your pad will ship early September.
