Unable to FTP files to NTLworld homepage

For some reason, I'm suddenly unable to upload files to my ntlworld home page. I use WS FTP Pro, and I can sign in ok, and access and delete files, but I can't upload. The upload fails.
This only started yesterday morning.

Is anyone else having a problem?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
