For worst line I would say almost every line spoken by Optimus Prime in Transformers 3D.
As much as I loved the film I have to agree with this statement surely at some point the screenwrite must have thought - okay that was one epic one liner too far
Some examples -
"You may lose your faith in us but never in yourselves"
"We will take the fight TO THEM!"
and finally
"You didn't disgrace me... you disgraced yourself"
(there are countless others I don't think there was one I didn't sort of cringe at but it was all good fun and fitted whatever moment it was said)
i think the worst lines are the ones spoken by keanu reeves in "bram stoker's: dracula" combined with the most diabolical accent, he had howlers such as:
"if i might enquire, what exactly happened to renfield in transylvania?"
"i know where the bastard sleeps. i brought him there. to carfax abbey"
"I'm also just a girl. Standing in front of a boy. Asking him to love her."
I cringe whenever I see that bit of the film. And then afterwards the words are debated and repeated and treated reverentially by all the other characters, as if it's some sort of epiphany.

Step Up 3D. I wasn't expecting literary genius but that wee sucker got my kicked out the cinema for laughing!

Uuurghh!!
Steady as you go, and watch out for Sodomite patrols.
Oh, P9FOS is a goldmine for hilariously awful dialogue.
And my favourite:
