I'm sure Catherine is somewhere around 4 months pregnant and looking pretty big already, so reckon by the time she's 8 or 9 months then they'll have to shoot her from the neck up only...

That doesn't mean her body can't be viewed as perfect; it just means some people would be put off by her boobs being fake.
seeing more recent photos of her she seems to have be very toned which makes her boobs look more obviously fake, preferred her when she was a bit curvier.
I met Kelsey-Beth Crossley recently and she's had a boob job and she looked fantastic, she's now a DD but she didn't look at all out of proportion and look fake (not that I was looking too closely), so she would be an exception to the "no fakes" rule - if they look good and look natural then does it really matter - silly plastic domes stuck on the front of the chest like Posh Spice had then that's another matter...

BBC South East just a few moments ago, Polly Evans looks lovely and Georgina Burnett again, wearing a rather curious 'see through-ish dress' showing her bra. Don't know how I've not really noticed her before, she's certainly looking rather big and that dress might suggest there's a little baby tum under there? Kaddy-Lee Preston is also another one with baby enhanced boobies - so there must be something in the BBC water?
A bit demure actually, wearing a jumper, nice seeing her wear a lovely dress or blouse. Oh, and I do wish ITV would get that wall sorted out so Susanna doesn't have to keep propping it up...
