It'll be sad to see The Mentalist come to an end but it's definitely the right time. The reboot worked well enough but I suppose because they'd put so much in to the Red John storyline they couldn't really create another villain of equal stature to take the story into a different direction.
Yes, I was waiting for this! I watched the season for the first time just before the fall began in 2 days. And I was surprised to hear that so close to the fall that there was no word whether it was being cancelled or renewed. It was getting decent ratings from what I gather so was surprised it hadn't been renewed already. And it ended in the middle of a storyline too. Great news.
I watch all three sitcoms on the channel + PLL which strikes me as odd being on ABC Family show... it would be suited more to ABC no? Nothing very family like about it

Dallas doesn't surprise me as it was wasn't rating great, Franklin and Bash and Legends surely are next.
I'd be surprised if Franklin and Bash is cancelled. It can't be that costly to make and I also can't imagine the ratings expectations at TNT are that huge. A fifth season will also see syndication possibilities as well.
Legends, however, does have an air of "one and done" about it.
No shock on Dallas. I think the majority of it's audience disappeared when Larry Hagman passed as he was always the main draw of the show. I was going to actually check the show out but no point considering it ended on a cliffhanger
