    I bought their single :D

Only because I had this whole "Boys vs. Girls" thing going on with my sister and she bought the Girls Aloud track. Obviously.

I bought them both, rather defeating the object

No Mercy :D. I genuinely like this song.

I had completely forgotten that song ever existed. Its actually quite catchy.

My nominees for forgotten boybands: -

    Brother Beyond
    O-Town
Color Me Badd (not sure if they were classed as a boyband though)

One True Voice, forgotten almost as soon as they were created

Which seemed a shame at the time as, individually, the boys were so much more talented than the girls but they didn't fit togther well and they were lumbered with Pete 'stuck in the 80's' Waterman

Slick was Midge Ure's band wasn't it?

Anyone remember Child? The lead guitarist was Emily Atacks dad and the drummer was her uncle (they were identical twin iirc but I was only about 6 or 7 when they were about)

They were all young, attractive ( subjectively ) blokes.

How would you define a boyband?

Well really, none of these bands are forgotten if people are naming them.

That's what all boybands should be, forgotten.

Damage - I know they're still together and taking part in Big Reunion 2 but nobody really mentions them or thinks about them when you mention the word boy band. They were good though.

Well people aren't as crazy over NKOTB anymore compared to BSB, Take That and Nsync.

I kind of wish I could've taken part in the NKOTB era (I was only a toddler when they were at their peak). I probably would have loved them! Jordan Knight was the equivalent of what Harry Styles/ JB is today (without all the bed hopping). :p

Definitely prefer their older 80s/90s stuff though.
