Jack Pack Dull and Boring

I found this group so dull and boring, lacking charisma and robotic. It's obvious that Cowell has lined them up hence the script after their performance all played out by the judges. Singing My Way, I can't think of a more tedious song. I hope the British public don't get swayed by the judges comments and also found them boring.

    The Overtones rip-offs!

The clothes, the hair, the backing, the fake tan...

Well done! You have fallen for Simon's plan. Split the Jack Pak - Collabro vote and Bars and Melody sail home to the winning spot.

For them to sing the song "My Way", considering the story that the lyrics tell, is an insult to the viewers' intelligence.

What a bizarre plan when he could've just put neither of them in the semi-finals, or even auditions, in the first place

What you suggest is possible I suppose.
But I think it's more the case that it's set up so that even if he doesn't get his first choice winning the final he has two or more fallback second options.

Vote was probably the wrong word should have said chose because the only act I really liked that got through was Darcy who will get my vote tbh I can't remember who else got through except B and M and lettice. And If the B and M do win I will seek out and eat Simons underpants. I really don't think they will walk it

I like them, but does one of them (stands on the far right) only join in the chorus? He didn't sing solo at the audition and I don't remember him singing solo tonight either  he just sort of stands there waiting.

I didn't like when one of them said he wanted to thank the "Jack Packers"

It sounded a bit arrogant as though they think they're already big stars with the equivalent to Directioners or Beliebers etc.

I also noticed that when Dec asked them if they thought they had it in the bag and would get to the final one of them quickly replied "Ye....." then suddenly cut himself short and shut up, realising that if he had finished saying "Yes" it wouldn't have come across well.:D

'Jack Pack' must be the gayest name that I've ever heard for a boyband.

Jack Pack sounds like the title of a gay porn film.
Or a male masturbation sex toy.

Who needs a woman when you've got a 'Jack Pack'? Just plug it in and go.

yes but it's a very clever name because it rhymes and we all know how difficult is is to get something to rhyme....one day they were sitting there thinking of a name for the band and one of them said hmm how about 'something' pack... then they all thought that's great but what, lets make it rhyme so they went through the alphabet, Back Pack - erm no, Cack Pack, haha

What they didn't realise is that their name is great for poking fun at - eg
    Back Sack N Crack Pack
    Flat Pack
    Flap Jack haha

agree with thread starter, male vocal groups just bore me to tears

even Jensen is better tv because of the suspense to how bad the next bit is going to be :D

How on earth did they get all that praise? They struck me as a very cheesy cabaret act (and there was a lot of help from the backing track.....sounded more like twenty voices singing than four).
