    Platitudinous Pete. PlatiPete for short.

(platitudinous: hackneyed, overworked, overused, clichéd, banal, trite, well worn, stale, tired, vapid, inane, unimaginative, unoriginal, derivative)

If we're forced to use a H word, it should be homogeneous.;-)

I think Posturing, preposterous or phoney are the most apt.

The Shopping Centre PR tour de force continues to escalate as we near that all important chart number tomorrow.

West Quay, Southampton, were the unlucky recipients of a visit today

Have to say, an artist (sorry to use the phrase artist there) receives about £1 per CD in royalties. I am guessing with his entourage in tow, the Shopping Mall/FoodHall signing tour will be costing £1000's. He's gonna have to sell a lot of CD's come tomorrow to recoup this expense.

But then again it's not about the money though, it's all about the music. Sadly Big Nit is devoid of music, but maybe sales of cheese have increased in the Shopping Food Halls due to the hundreds shopping while they queue.

Silver lining for the recession hit economy. Maybe this is the Orange ones objective.

Us mere mortals can only speculate I guess.

Where's the 3 million twitter followers when you need them, huh?

I thought the midweek number 20 prediction was too good to be true. Bless plati. I think he really needs to give it up now. Looks like all those OK! covers and the private amazing (got one up on KP cause she had a girl first) Emily's bikini shots were all in vain!

It's good that plati has his own record label. And I know he only has his own label so he can have total control of his 'Music'. Hey, who the hell wants to be with a big label like Sony or Roc Nation anyway?!:D

Imagine the scene at the CANBarn this morning! Number 91!! I think platipete, MyLife part 27 is looking more and more likely by the second. Maybe FIve will take him on, as ITV2 binned him!:D yeah, we know it was your decision, plati. Going out on a high and all that. And isn't Emily just too private for those sort of shenanigans? I'm sure she'd never agree to being on a reality tv show with plati.;-)

I wish someone would do one of those YouTube parodies of Das Bunker in which Hitler finds out Big Night has flopped.

Not sure about that G. I do know you could pre order a signed copy of Big Flop. And pay to have your name on the liner notes. Pmsl:D

Morning ladies. Back from Tenerife and a rather looking a rather fetching shade of tango myself (though mine is as natural as Emily)

Wondered if I'd missed anything but it seems Petey babes is still a whiney, tangoed, granny pleaser who loves his kids - but only his biological ones.

Looking forward to Big Nit being announced as outselling Coldplay later on - maybe ;-)

Has his "suffering" stopped? Has his new song soared up the charts? Surely with all the publicity, signings and pre orders it has to be top 10? I think I'm safe not to win BEL's competition:o:p

You're right, DD. He's got his album release, which by all accounts is doing reaaaaaaaallly well, a new series of 60MM, for the classy station that is ITV, his 30 (?) date tour (taking him away from embolism and pigeon for a massive amount of time, and he'll miss them vwery, vwery much) including THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL, and em, another million interviews and covers of OK!

Yup we're all just jellus haters.
