  What normally happens is that each HM has a certain portion of shopping budget for their own personal use

  I don't smoke now, but I always thought if the house is full of smokers, they should spend most of the budget on cigs. They should know by now that BB has long gone from the old rule book and will be throwing in booze and food every other day.

  I think Jale has her own pouches and I'm sure that any other hm that has their own stash already will be getting annoyed all week by people asking for ****. Tobacco is getting far too expensive so I think there will be some trouble with the small budget.
  
  However I do think they'll spend at least half of the budget on cgrts considering basically all of them smoke. I would personally spend majority of it on tobacco if everyone was a smoker, with those who aren't getting first priority for their own stuff.
