    Someone who used to work for the BBC is now going to work for the Conservatives? Surely this can't be right? According to some on here the BBC only employs left leaning liberals.;)

    From now on there will be a left leaning bias in the Tories press briefings. Plus they might go easier on the BBC needing to cut back. Shame as I want to see BBC 3 go!!! ;)

    It is an interesting choice, but I'm wondering where the real David Cameron is on this one. Has he got someone who he's really happy with and always wanted a neutral type, someone who takes all the toxic stuff out of the role, or was it all calculated? That he got into power just with the help of Coulson and the easy ride from the media allies of Coulson imo and now he's going for a neutral character?

    I sense it could be a bit of everything there.
