  If all H & V channels are fine from Hotbird (good signal etc)
  Try switching off box & back on after a few seconds
  
  Could be your LNB is on its way out if V are ok & H not working (or vice versa)
  
  Also its known some cordless phones can interfere with signals (possibility)

  I hoped out and had a look this evening. I swapped the LNB and its back but i think the dish isn't tracking the arc properly so will have to pop out with the meter at the weekend.

  As well, if alignment is slightly off or equipment is not well shieled that frquency tends to be affectec by DECT interference (cordless phones etc).
