I got off-peak train ticket from bed-london st pan for today. I want to travel ay 16:18, will i still be in the "off-peak" zone, i can't see to find when it ends first time around.
I would assume it's between 10-6, i may be wrong.
Anybody?

It will then tell you if you can get an off-peak ticket for the trip. If you can then that suggests your ticket will be OK.

they sure don't make it easy! JUST SAY YAY OR NAY!
If there is an East Midlands train to Luton or Bedford catch that. Change at Luton for Bedford. IIRC evening peak restrictions don't apply to EMT.
