It's all very good STV HD is here but ITV HD is no longer there to add of the EPG. What good is that for all STV's opt outs?

STV is the official "Channel 3" contractor for Scotland (except the Borders). Why should ITV HD also be available - all Sky subscribers only get one HD channel from ITV, STV or UTV (as appropriate) which is the way those companies want it - because of the ads. The BBC see things differently.
Anyone in Scotland can still access ITV regions in SD if they are that bothered.
Or, indeed, watch the shows later on ITV Player.
Got it, it's 10.994 H, 22.000 5/6 for anyone outside Scotland who might want to add this.
With this having launched, is STV+1 still missing from satellite?
there are currently no plans to launch STV+1 on DSAT EPGs.
this info came from the "horses mouth" so to speak.
It's actually on satellite, I found it with the label "10025", so it can be added to "other channels".
UTV have very few opt-outs and when they do they tend to time shift the network programmes to after their late evening news the same evening.
i said there are no plans to add it to the EPG.
i didn't say it didn't exist.
