Forgot to add that one song from each NF will make the SFs with the following exceptions:
Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gotland, Israel, Liechtenstein and Portugal will all have 2 qualifiers due to winning a contest this year, the Wildcard will also have 2 qualifiers.
England and Jersey will have 3 qualifiers thanks to winning 2 contests each.
