I had the Nokia Lumia 520 and l thought it was fine. It did me perfectly for internet at work and reading whilst on the go.
I don't want anything too expensive just something to browse during work breaks, preferably with the same features like the Lumia 520 if not better.
I was thinking of going for one of these:

Many thanks.

The 4G is available in black and white on tesco for around £115 and the unlock is around £2 on eBay.
The new version has a larger screen but no 4G and is around £130
Don't know if that's way over budget but absolutely worth every penny. There's nothing that comes close for that price.
If you check out Hitukdeals there's moto g deals posted practically daily.
What's happened to your 520? You could stick with it for longer? An upgrade to the 520 would be the Lumia 635.
It was announced for Asian countries - China, Bangladesh etc. Not destined for UK officially as far as I know - just like the Lumia 525 never came to these shores.
The sim port has broken somehow. It won't recognise the sim card any more.
Of the two, the Sony is slightly superior. But why not consider one of these:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NOKIA-LUMIA-625-SMARTPHONE-SIM-FREE-/281492980589?pt=UK_Mobile_Phones&hash=item418a4a036d
It's a slightly older model, has been as much as £200 plus, but it's more up-to date than the 520.
Compared with the two phones mentioned it has :
A better screen
Better Camera
Faster Processor.
It's also easily upgradeable to Windows 8.1. Even without upgrading the software (it's free) it will give you a similar interface to what you had with your 520, but with many added features (your old phone is Windows based, the two you mention are Android, so there would be a learning curve with those).
At the price shown, it's an absolute bargain
Oh, and it's 4g compatible, the only one of these three.
Can't you just connect to your Wifi which shouldn't cost anything?
