Sky Reconnection

A few months back, I let my Sky go past the due date by a week, and as I expected Sky stopped the signal, when I called to pay the bill and have it reconnected, I was told I'd also have to pay three months in advance.

I didn't, and was put through to a supervisor and they stepped down from this rule and allowed me to be switched back on with a single payment.

So does anyone know if it's now a case that you do have to pay an extra couple of months to be switched back on or do they just take payment for the last bill and switch back on.
