Trying to complain but seem to be getting lost in translation with the call centre based in India.
I wonder if there is any phone help available in the UK?.

Subscribers with BT Vsiosn used to be connected to a Call Centre "oop north" for ALL of their broadband problems. I don't know if that is still the case however.

The problem that I find with the Indians is that although they may 'speak' English, they appear not to understand it. Additionally they seem to have only vaguest understanding of the products that they are supposed to be supporting.

If you have tried to complain and can't get your point across, write a letter of complaint to BT's Chairman, Sir Michael Rake. That course of action works every time.
