Seeing as my other thread - Jay/Billy - wasn't really liked as people only liked the character of Jay, I have decided to just make a Jay Brown appreciation thread... :D

    Not a bad actor, but his voice bugs me when he shouts.

    To appreciate someone they need to be on screen and actually have a storyline in which to showcase their talent. The actor doesn't get storylines so its hard to appreciate someone who appears mainly as a background character and only appears around 60 episodes a year.
