Roman Polanski has sex case dismissal thrown out.

good as far as i can see it he had sex with an underage girl and no one be it rich man poor man/woman should be allowed to walk away and have charges thrown out all because he had sex with a child back in the seventies,

only a vile repulsive adult wants to have sex with kids,

    I've not seen anything that says his case was 'thrown out'. I've seen articles stating he is (again) petitioning to have it dismissed, and that he is to be present (but at that point most agree he'd be arrested if he came back to the US).

    Please provide a link if you have further information.

    According to what I read, the petition has been 'blocked' because the petitioner (Polanski) is not currently in the US. If he returns to the US, he can re-submit the petiton (or ask for it to be 'unblocked'). So the petition hasn't been thrown out.
