ITV1 No Sound Pana LX32LXD1

Hi All,
I have just joined this group as it seems a wealth of information.
I had a look through all the post's regarding my problem, (some people have had this problem but it was a while ago)
I have just bought a panasonic LX32-LXD1 lcd tv and have found that when I switch it on from standby I don;t get any sound on DVB channel ITV1 but do get sound on all others, I also get sound ok when on ITV1 Analogue.
This is my third replacement set, all with the same problem, so I guess it isn't a faulty batch.
I have contacted Panasonic about this on a number of occasions, they think it is a faulty tv, but on my last call to them they are now saying it is a fault with the Winter Hill transmitter, I am a little confused by this and was wondering if any one else is having this problem.

Yes I was surprised too, you would think the Pana tech support team would know this is a signal fault and not a product fault before replacing the tv!!!
