Oddest piece of shite that I have ever tried to watch.

Gave up at the fishing bit and feel sorry for all those involved with it.

I usually like Matt Lucas but he seems a bit lost without David Walliams dare I say.

Mildly amusing but Mr Bean it's not.

Hey ho, I'm finding it mildly amusing, I suppose following on from the Jackie Chan film it's meant to be 'family' entertainment.

I watched the first five minutes with incredulity, the next five minutes in amazement as to how such absolute carp made it to the screen, then switched it off.

It was a man making no funny noises at all and nobody having the heart to tell him.

I think Matt Lucas and David Walliams seem a bit lost apart to be honest. I've always preferred them together

Know buggerall about the pair of them, I don't watch their output.
Won't be the first time someone from a writing/performing group/partnership goes of to do something else and it's different to their group work. doesn't mean they're 'lost'

I'm one of the people who never found Mr Bean entertaining, only remember watching what others considered 'classic' clips though.

If I was 5 years old perhaps I would like it but it does seem like something that should be on a children's channel. It's very odd to say the least, reminds me of those short films that used to make up cinema programmes in the 50s and 60s.

    Truly truly awful rubbish

I thought stuff made by Ben Elton recent years was terrible - this sets new standards.

I think they put a CBBC programme on BBC2 by mistake
at the end it says "produced in association with netflix"

Can't he do anything else apart from acting like a big baby or play LBGT characters? and say stupid catchphrases like " Lets go over there, to that bit over there".

Everybody who agreed to do this show should be ashamed of themselves.

The bbc should of told him to do one. Hopefully next christmas he'll be at a panto near you. Thats about his level imo.

He said on the one show it was originally going to be silent but he then decided to introduce the noises. He also said (jokingly i assume) to camera that people should watch his new show to ensure his house isn't repossessed ... based on reviews here i sincerely hope he 'was' joking!
