I realise that it's not her tweeting, that's made pretty obvious. Not sure who is tweeting for Perez though.
But, not being familiar with Twitter (I just follow a few people)...are you able to delete tweets because I've just read through hers and can't see a bad tweet. This surprises me a great deal!

I like twitter as a quick news source, but don't tweet much.
You definitely can delete your tweets.
I don't know how that affects when your tweet has been retweeted or quoted though.
Can't imagine there's any place to hide if you've been quoted.
