One way to deal with this is to do a 'default settings' which will clear all channel data and then re-tune automatically. You'll then find that all channels are where they should be!
Note, though, that any timer settings you have made will also be cleared and will need re-entering.
The channel it wants to go on (29) must be already occupied. If you don't want to do a complete rescan (and lose your timers), just delete the channels from 28 to 36 and then a rescan should put the new channels on the right numbers.
