Hello DS'rs, welcome to another episode today. This promises to be a great episode now that Ian's secret s finally out (honestly, after 30 years you would have thought Ian would've learned by now that secrets don't exist in Albert Square), And of course, Spawn of Cindy is back with a bang now that baby is about to be born- shame Cindy snr isn't around, I can imagine her being one of those grannies who knits in her armchairs and telling Cindy Jnr Jnr about her shenanigans back in the day;-)

But away from the episode for one second, to forget to vote in this year's DS Awards. They are always a good laugh and a chance for everyone to get together so I would definitely take part and have a bit of fun

So if you want to take part, just click on the link below :Dhttp://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1999374

So lets have a peek at what today's episode has in store

Denise won't Beale-ive Ian
With Ian's life falling apart around him, he is stressed further when Cindy turns up. He immediately tells her to leave, but Cindy is hiding the fact that she is having contractions. Cindy tries to explain that she had no choice but to leave as Gina was making arrangements to adopt her baby, but Ian remains too distracted to offer her any support. After being oblivious to Cindy's condition, Ian is shocked when she goes into labour!Meanwhile, Nancy is furious over her parents' deception and has stormed out of the pub, so Linda urges Mick to fix things with her. When Mick tracks Nancy down, she rebukes him for the way he spoke to Rainie and how he lied to her. As Mick returns to The Vic, he hopes that the atmosphere at home will improve - but it soon becomes clear that Linda still hasn't forgiven him.

IanMandy's Character Corner

Today's character: Denise Fox

Oh dear, all gone a bit pear shaped for Denise, hasn't it? I have always liked her character, one of the few strong women on the square in recent years. I have quite liked Denise with the Beales, she has been quite lost without her own family and she has the makings of a matrarch in her (though always thought Mandy was better- tomorrow marks 3 years since she came back!). I hope the Foxes are rebuilt as Denise really does work at the center of a family unit, I have enjoyed her scenes with Peter especially. I think that after the inevitable split from Ian, Chelsea should come back with a baby... or Denise is pregnant by Ian (he had the vasectomy reversed). Either way she gets another shot at motherhood which is where the character is most at home. I would also like her to forge a new friendship on the square- other than Mas Denise hasn't really got friends. Oddly I think she would get on well with Sharon- I didn't like how their initial scenes showed them feuding but they seem to get on better now. Denise is very similar to Michelle in a lot of areas and it would give her an extra foundation on the square. Otherwise she will just end up floating about like she did 2011-12.

Hopefully Denise will still play a big role on the 30th as would be a great chance for Di Parish to show off her talents.

Best of Denise

Kim vs Denise

Fats and Denise

Denise's Christmas Present

Hope you all enjoy the ep!!

Bunting is out, still got my other half on balloons duty and I did ask if it would kill her to do up a few party nibbles once she's finished cleaning the house, to celebrate Beale's comeuppance - all more than welcome to join if you bring your own booze.

EDIT: I say it's bring your own booze, but a little bit of liquid commission for the hosts wouldn't go amiss. It wouldn't be fair on Katie for me to send her out for extra supplies when she's already got a lot to do.
