    It was a bit of editing designed to fool people who are not bright enough to understand basic context.

    She has kids and she knows how messy they are. There was a conversation about how Heidi was a clean freak and Claire said "God forbid if they ever have children - wouldn't be able to change a nappy". Never before has a justified but completely throw away comment been so constantly used to attack someone.
