Dealing with stress

Hi everyone,

I am currently in my final year at university and it is exam period. I am the type of person that worries about everything. My exams are this week and I'm really letting them affect my sleeping (hence why I'm posting at this time :p ).

Basically any time I am about to fall asleep I begin to either think about everything I have to do or think about failing my exams. I am waking up late because I don't get to sleep until the early hours of the morning and then I stress because I don't have any time.

Can anyone please give me some tips on how to deal with this stress?
