Dealing with stress
Hi everyone,
I am currently in my final year at university and it is exam period. I am the type of person that worries about everything. My exams are this week and I'm really letting them affect my sleeping (hence why I'm posting at this time ).
Basically any time I am about to fall asleep I begin to either think about everything I have to do or think about failing my exams. I am waking up late because I don't get to sleep until the early hours of the morning and then I stress because I don't have any time.
Can anyone please give me some tips on how to deal with this stress?
