I've been on iPhone 45 with Orange for 12months now. I've always received an itemised bill, and I find it useful and keep them.
A couple of months ago, they just suddenly stopped. With no warning. Now I receive no kind of notification of how much my bill is (unless I check the Your Account iphone app).
How do I switch these back on guys?

Being on the iPhone 45 entitles you to free itemised billing and Voicemail contact CS on 150, opt 1, 2, 3 and they should sort it out for you.
This is what I thought, though theyve just tried to charge me £1.50 for it!!
