Tablet keeps freezing

I have a Go-tab Tablet which has an annoying habit of freezing during use. Is this an easy fix at my local pc store? I know people will say "you get what you pay for" etc etc. But for the money it's not been a bad buy. The HDMI out slot is a great feature for example. Any advice is most grateful.

Apart from restoring the tablet to factory settings, or trying a different build of Android, you're stuck.
