Will you dump EE when they are bought by BT?
I've been having problems with EE customers services for the last few weeks ... are they lower their standards to those of BT in preparation for the sale?

I evaluate whenever a term ends, I never get loyal.
If in 12 months EE are shite i'll move.
Oh, except for my 10% discount.
Mind you, I appear to have had to go 18 years to get it. Hahaha
Not so sure I want "BT 4G" on my status bar though.
Cancelling my BT landline (and moving it to another company) was bliss - about 10 minutes holding and speaking to someone, then a follow up call to get a cheque for the remaining balance. Compared to cancelling EE (where I waited an hour to speak to someone who then claimed to say that my date of birth was not what I said it was, computer says no, goodbye - and even going into an EE store is pointless), it was a piece of cake.
Ditto.
The last few times I have called EE (about 6 months ago) I was put through to an Indian call centre.
Are you sure its not just an Indian in a British call centre as I've never been put through to one using 3,3..
The last Lady I spoke to had a lovely soft accent. I could have talked to her all day!
Or perhaps the English call centres are full of Indian and Scottish people Haha
EE business support is always excellent.
That particular Lady spent ages trying to find out if my signal box could be set to blacklist my Huawei router SIM (or whitelist my mobile number).
She even called back to tell me they no longer could.
Didn't solve my problem but I felt they actually cared.
Better still once I'd explained, she fully understood why I didn't want my router logging into my signal box and she even seemed perplexed that there wasn't a solution.
EDIT: WC or 4G will solve the problem of course EE...... hello??
Definitely in India. I was trying to port a number from Orange to EE, and it kept failing. I made about 10 calls to EE and 10 to Orange over 3 weeks in August. Orange CS were British, and every EE call was Indian.
The story below is from February 2014. It says that EE are bringing 1000 CS posts back to the UK over the next 2 years for more technical calls. But they will still retain some CS functions in India.

I saw your really really racist post against Indian call centre staff before you deleted it.
Don't worry Devon, your secret is safe with me!
;-)
GOOD GOD MAN, DON'T DO THAT TO ME.You had me really worried there for a second. I thought I'd typed something that had been misunderstood as I couldn't remember what it was, then I realised I'd deleted it coz the previous post had been edited and mine didn't make sense Haha
I might be a southern Tory white boy from a farming background but I don't have a racist or homophobic bone in my body and proud of it
Good post though... good post.......
I need to lie down now...
I've just done the same move.
o2 is credibleish around where I live, vodaphone may aswell not be a thing (no idea why they have a store here, their service is poor).
What are your thoughts on EE over three?
I believe EE have in that time frame opened more UK call centres and are moving (or have moved) CS back to the UK. It was the one thing that O2 had over EE ;-)
Sorry!.... SORRY!
It was a good post though.
(private joke for anyone who's not seen the Dick Emery post : )
EDIT: Or is not an old git!!!
Hahahaha
I agree, whenever I've called it's always been India. The only time recently that I have spoken to someone English was when I was put through to the second level support as the first level were unable to help.
