Leg Shaking

I have the affliction of shaking / bouncing my legs when I am sat still. My theory on this is that it is due to bad circulation in my legs. These are the reason why I think so,

a) I often wake up in the morning and my legs tingle, this is easily sorted with a good stretch. I'm told that this tingling is due to bad circulation.

b) I don't bounce my legs automatically, I do it because it feels more comfortable that keeping them still. These means that the actioned of bouncing must be doing something, I think it's increasing my blood flow around my legs.

There is only a couple of facts that have made me come to this conclusion but I'm interested if anyone else has any views on this or suffers (well I don't suffer, but other people around me do!! haha).

the only time i do that is towards the end of my shift when 've been stuck behind a desk all day. A quick walk to the coffee machine and loosening the laces on my trainers usually fixes it. :)

I've done this for years. It's not to do with bad circulation in my case. It's more a nervous/stress related thing. I tend to shake/bounce my leg (normally my left leg) when I'm agitated about something or if I'm talking to someone in an official capacity or if I'm very angry.
