Do you wash your mouth out after you brush your teeth?

    No, they are just careless. Rinsing makes no difference to the outside of your face.

    Having a gob full of foam when you leave bathroom can't help though, surely?

    Yeah. Like most Brits I brush twice a day. Loads of blood. Changed my toothpaste, loads of blood. It's my age.

    I brush and floss. Don't rinse leaving the flouride to do its thing. Never had an issue with debris.

    Only time I rinse is when I use mouthwash which is rarely cos I keep forgetting to buy it.

    After brushing I mouthwash with a cheap antiseptic mouthwash out of Poundland.

    Keeps my teeth and gums in top condition.
