    Why is that?

I don't know. Cards. You don't need to buy many of them do you?

walking round huge aisles, with a trolley, grabbing BOGOFs on Happy Easter designs and weighing out 500gms of Mother's Day cards. Then getting to the checkout and having to buy their children greeting card impulse purchases while in the queue. That sort of thing.

Card Factory sounds fun, I'd never heard of it.

I generally go for Moonpig or www.happybirthdaytoyou.com - I care enough to know that I'm likely to forget to go shopping in time for a specific date, so set up online reminders and ecards etc.
The Nearest and Dearest gets a hand bought one though.

Depends how many occasions there are around you. 4 birthdays/Mothers Day/Christening Day in March.

Card Factory is a really cheap & nasty shop.

If I care about someone enough to buy them a card, then they deserve at least a decent one!!

    You sound tragic.

I like those MASSIVE cards sold in the Card Factory... I'd love anyone who bought me one of those gigantic ones FOREVER AND EVER! <3

When I turned 21, I went wild with all the 21 memorabilia they sell! :D
