Humax 9200 - Interactive TV - Screen blank

Hi,
I have a Humax 9200t which seems to be working fine apart from the 'Thinks its recording' bug - which is annoying the hell out of me!
But I cannot seem to get the Interactive TV "Press Red" working.
On BBC when I press the red button and select something interactive (i.e. the 'Test the nation' interactive quiz which was on last night) the box changes to channel 303 and then prints "Please wait" on the screen - the screen goes blank and then nothing happens. I wait for a few minutes - and still nothing happens.
All I seem to be able to do is change to another channel - Has anyone else encountered this problem.
I'm quite sure that I have the latest software.
