Very strong, just a dash of milk, and two sugars. I tried to cut down on the sugar, but I soon went back up to two tea spoons .
A doctor I know told me that each time you put two sugars in your tea, you send yourself into pancreatic shock.
Nonsense. Normal people (i.e.,those without metabolic disease) easily maintain their blood sugar levels within a healthy range, regardless of the particular foodstuffs consumed.
Most importantly though it has to be made in a teapot. I wouldn't be seen dead squeezing a teabag up the side of a mug, it's just wrong on so many levels
Medium strength with a little milk and sweetener. Tea bag, I prefer square or pyramid shaped ones and round ones really irritate me!
I have worked in offices where few people drink any tea at all, and others where up to 16 cups a day are drunk by some. No prizes for guessing which office I was happier in!
I don't drink 'everyday' tea, just decaf green tea and occasionally a skin cleansing tea which contains nettle, aloe vera and liquorice. It doesn't taste as bad as it sounds.
Nope. That's how I drink mine - straight out of the pot, really strong with no milk and no sugar.
I think milk has no place in tea. And I quite like milk as a drink, or in coffee, but I think it makes tea taste "fatty"

When i was a kid i used to take 3 sugars in milky tea. Think i would be sick now...
Normal tea only. Definitely not Earl Grey. That is known as stinky tea in my house!

Just like this.
I used to have 2 sugars, then down to 1, then the sweetener after my dentist told me to cut down on sugar

I'm the same.
I always use the co-op own brand tea bags. Hate any other kind
Hmmm, think I'll just go and put the kettle on now....
