I’m a little late to the party but I thought it was a brilliant hour of TV. A nice mix of tricks, people and the soundtrack was decent too. Overall it was a well edited and well produced show.
It’s been a while since I’ve seen David do magic like this on TV but I found his personality a lot more appealing in this.. as if he’s dropped some of the act he put on and is a lot less “weird” now. He is without doubt the best magician of his generation. When you consider what he’s done in his career.. the endurance stunts.. the fact he can perform magic to anyone in the world and most people will know who he is.. the absolute joy and amazement people have from his tricks. It’s brilliant. I like him.
