or perhaps one of the two could be subsituted by "Red Rose Speedway"!
And although this is years away, the re-issue of "Tug Of War" had better be worth every penny!!
Tug of War's one I'm looking forward to as well, there were a few unused songs too so that'll be interesting.
The 1993 remastering and re-issuing of "Tug Of War" should have included at least one bonus track - but bizarrely, it did not.
Had McCartney seen fit to enhance the track-listing of "ToW", what he should have added are the following rare songs:
"Rainclouds" (B-side of "Ebony And Ivory"),
"I'll Give You A Ring" (B-side of "Take It Away"),
"Ode To A Koala Bear" (B-side of "Say Say Say").
In the mean time, of all these can be found on a bootleg collection of Macca rarities called "B-Sides Himself" -
good luck to anyone trying to find it on E-Bay, or the like.
As for the 1993 re-issue of "Pipes Of Peace" (the under-appreciated sequel to "ToW"), that did provide three bonus tracks -
but one of them was "We All Stand Together", which was (and still is) already included on Macca's compilation "All The Best"!
Let's hope the forthcoming repackaging of all Macca's output since 1970 gives fans a massive improvement on the meagre 1993 re-releases!!
