    Well exactly...I can pass on tips anytime, would you like to make an appointment? :cool:

    I'm available to pass on details of where you can get tips any time, AM is fine, but PM is easier for me :p

    I did 14 press-ups this morning and on Thursday I walked to the Post Office and back so I think those actions speak for themselves.
