Just got into watching this. I do wonder at the vast amount of resources going into catching what is is often only a petty criminal taking advantage of a given opportunity. If they were trying to crack criminal gangs who specialise in stealing cars it would be more understandable. But the guy who kept on repeating 'I was just moving it', I was just moving it' made me laugh. Do they really think that the excuses they come up with for taking a car, will really be believed?????
