iOS 9.3 problems

So I just downloaded and installed iOS 9.3 on my 32Gb iPad 4 and when I go into iBooks all my books are in a completely different order to how they were beforehand and also the ones by the same author have their icons stacked one on top of the other which is not what I want at all. I've looked in the settings menu for iBooks and there is nothing in there about undoing this so does anyone know if there is a way of undoing this "feature"?
