Didn't have much in so got inventive. Cooked up some spring greens, shredded and drained excess water. Mixed with ricotta cheese and seasoned with salt pepper and garlic. Rolled into balls, coated in batter and fried till crispy. Served with sweet chilli dipping sauce. Yum...

Mum ate after golf and Dad won't be back for hours so it's just me eating this evening.

    I'll probably have soup.

I'm going to my sisters tonight and I think she mentioned chicken fajitas for dinner. I might possibly pick myself something up as fajitas tend to be high in calories and high calories is not what I'm after

Sausage casserole with mash and cabbage :)

Horrible weather in the south east of England so this meal is perfect.

M&S are doing three Indian main dished for £10 so we will be having Lamb Rogan Josh, Chichen Saag Masala and King Prawn Bhuna along with an Indian starter selection (£2.50). I'll make my own Basmati rice and I'll cook it all while enjoying a few large cans of Stella and then a nice bit of wine while listening to The Music Goes Round and Friday Night Is Music Night on the radio.
